We knew that the Converse Shoes had casual capabilities, just never "Pocket Square" casual. The latest Jack Purcell collection brings us back to the days of pomade and tweed jackets in Summer with two new looks. The low top features faint patterns to imitate a pocket square, one with a paisley print last seen on the Converse Chuck Taylor All Star "Ensign Blue" pair and the other places interwoven spirals in a dark red, both in a lightweight cotton material.
Shown above, the Converse for Men and Women features a canvas upper that is covered in variety of prints done in a patchwork motif that is inspired by the t-shirts he sold over the years. Aside from the array of prints on the shoe, it also appears to be constructed out of different materials resulting in a bit of a “What The” motif. Metal eyelets, a White rubber sole, Black and Red piping and White laces are also in play.
The latest Ambush articulation pulls Best Price Converse outdoor heritage through with a buoyant refresh of a classic Duck boot, complete with flooded colors (including neutral black and an energetic Blithe Blue) and sculptural lines. In full form, Converse x AMBUSH® CTAS Duck Boot grants a genderless urbanity to functionality. Bridging outdoor inspiration and bright colors also informs the Converse x Ambush Chuck 70 — but in a more fantastical fashion. Ahn adds a playful signature, a fuzzy upper made of Longwool, to the classic silhouette.
Designed by Fabricio de Costa Machado, the upcoming sneakers split up the color palette that appeared on the aforementioned Air Max 1 12 years ago (on which de Costa Machado helped). Buy Converse A sand-like cream takes over much of the high-top Chuck 70, while a vibrant blue animates the shower Ox. Yet, both options boast textures and graphics that pay homage to the ancient traditions, as well as new achievements deriving from the Pernambuco culture: women are still fighting for equality in regards to assuming the role of “caboclo de lança” (literally “spearman”).
The Converse on Sale is crafted from vintage white denim and features asymmetrical puffed embroidery that reads Coca-Cola across both shoes. The medial side also features a bottlecap-shaped leather Velcro patch that when removed exposes concealed Converse branding. The uppers sit atop vulcanized rubber midsoles, which display Kith branding near the forefoot. The outsole is translucent green, inspired by the green glass used for original Coke bottles
